What are people looking for when it comes to wine storage.

This  blog  is intended for  wine collectors and  contractors who want to have an  open forum to discuss the  needs for a quality wine cellar.  Are  modular  racks the best? Is  Redwood the best wood for a  wine rack? What type  of  cooling  system  should I buy?   Do  I need to have  a professional  design and install my personal cellar?
